Each model is professionally encased in high
density foam, then packed in a double lined box for shipment. Most
orders arrive within one week, but depending on which warehouse your
model ships from, delivery can take up to six weeks.
Customer assumes 100% risk when shipping any other method besides
UPS. We will NOT refund or replace if lost or broken.

Return/Exchange - Non-custom made
items may be returned within fifteen (15) days provided
they are; (a) in resealable condition and packaged in
the products original factory packaging; (b) that a copy
of the Sales Receipt is enclosed, and; (c) that you
include a
Return Merchandise Authorization
form. All

• Return
Items - Shall be subject to a 20% Restock Fee based upon
the retail value of the product. Shipping / Handling
fees are non-refundable. Balance will be applied back to
the original credit card used in the transaction.
• Exchange Items - Shall be subject to a 10% Restock
Fee based upon the retail value of the product. Balance
shall be applied to offset the cost of the replacement
product along with reshipping and handling fee's.
